SHIPPING POLICY

At Aqualudes, we aim to process and deliver every order with care, efficiency, and reliability.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Netherlands: 1–3 business days
  • Belgium & Germany: 2–5 business days
  • Other EU countries: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary during busy periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Delays caused by customs procedures, shipping carriers, weather conditions, or peak periods may affect estimated delivery times.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout and clearly displayed before payment.

Sustainable Packaging

Wherever reasonably possible, Aqualudes aims to use recyclable and low-impact packaging materials.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, at support@aqualudes.com

Please include clear photographs of the shipment packaging and affected products so we can resolve the issue efficiently.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping details are complete and accurate before placing your order.

Aqualudes is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Right of Withdrawal

If you are purchasing as a consumer within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you, or a third party designated by you, receives the products.

After notifying us of your withdrawal request, you have an additional 14 days to return the products.

Return Conditions

Due to hygiene and food safety considerations, opened or used beverage products cannot be returned.

Returns are accepted only when:

  • the products are unopened;
  • the products remain in their original condition;
  • the packaging is undamaged.

Return Shipping Costs

When exercising your legal right of withdrawal, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If the entire order is returned, original outbound shipping costs will also be refunded in accordance with applicable law.

For partial returns, original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, at support@aqualudes.com

In such cases, Aqualudes will cover reasonable return shipping costs and provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or solution where applicable.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Refunds are typically completed within 5–10 business days and no later than 14 days after approval of the return.

We may reduce or refuse refunds where products are returned opened, used beyond reasonable inspection, or damaged through no fault of Aqualudes.
